A Christmas Challenge - 2007

November 3 through December 31, 2008

**LATEST UPDATE: November 7, 2007: Looks like the challenge it OFFICIALLY ON! Go here for the latest post and information.
***********

**October 31, 2007 UPDATE: It appears that Susan may not be hosting this challenge after all. Her latest post to her blog indicates she was having some difficulty with spam...that post was in August and there are no further updates. Members of A Novel Challenge Yahoo group are going to do the challenge "unofficially" anyway and post their updates and reviews to our list. If you want to join the Yahoo group, go here to sign up!

*************

Susan at My Reading Adventures is thinking about hosting a Christmas Challenge. And although she admits it is a little early to think about Christmas, she wants to get an idea if people would be interested in this idea.

Here is how she presents this pending challenge:

"The Rules:(1) Pick books (the number will be determined by the poll results) with a Christmas related theme.(2) Comment on my blog (My Reading Adventures) that you are in the challenge and link to your blog.(3) Post your picks on your blog.(4) You have from November 1, 2007 to Dec 31, 2007 to read and review the books you choose.

Prizes: I will randomly draw 3 participant's names from a "hat". They will receive a small, bookish trinket via Snail Mail if they've read the "required" amount of books! To be eligible for a prize, though, they need to have their list of books somewhere where they can be verified."
Susan has set up an opinion poll on her site - click on over and let her know what you think!!
